zumba lessons

ZUMBA

Have you been looking for a Zumba class but worried about understanding enough Italian. Then join me, the class is small and the teacher is very good, he watches everyone and alters the pace of the lesson where needed.
The lessons are on twice a week, Monday 6.30pm-7.30 pm and Thursday 7pm-8pm
Cost--enrollment 25euros, 

lessons  paid monthly--once a week --30 euros, twice a week 50euros.

The lessons are held locally in a dancing school.Via Di Santa Cornelia 5/A

(at the beginning of the Formello Industrial estate.)

COOKING LESSONS WITH LIL

• Crema di piselli e bacon croccante  (cream of peas with crispy bacon)

• Focaccia con pomodori confit e basilico ( focaccia with confit tomatoes and basil )

• Involtini di pesce spada alla siciliana (Sicily style swordfish rolls )

• Tiramisu al tè verde ( Matcha Tiramisu )

This time I'm working out a green menu in the sense that each course has green fresh and flavored ingredients. Easy to prepare even the day before (included dough for focaccia ). So if you want to learn more about Italian recipes join the group … it'll be fun! 

The classes are held in Via Cassia  (parking available, bus n.201 stop Via Lucio Cassio close to the American Overseas School of Rome) for a max of 8 people. English and French spoken.

Price € 35 each  but if you bring a friend  it'll be € 30 each.

COOKING LESSONS ON VIA CASSIA

WELCOME     BACK   AGAIN

Cooking classes start again this year with many interesting and new recipes for traditional and ground-breaking dishes that we all prepare and taste together. 

I will lead you through the variety of ingredients and recipes  of Italian food teaching you some basic Italian in a relaxing and cozy surrounding.

• La vera Amatriciana  ( the original Amatriciana)

• Lasagnetta  ai funghi ( Lasagna with mushrooms )
