WELCOME BACK AGAIN
Cooking classes start again this year with many interesting and new recipes for traditional and ground-breaking dishes that we all prepare and taste together.
I will lead you through the variety of ingredients and recipes of Italian food teaching you some basic Italian in a relaxing and cozy surrounding.

- La vera Amatriciana ( the original Amatriciana)
- Lasagnetta ai funghi ( Lasagna with mushrooms )
- Zuppetta di pomodori con crostini e pecorino ( tomatoes coulis with pecorino cheese and bread )
- Surprise dessert
The classes are held in Via Cassia 876 (parking available, bus n.202 stop Via Lucio Cassio close to the American Overseas School of Rome) for a max of 8 people. English and French spoken.
Special price for newcomers € 30 each but if you bring a friend it'll be € 25 each.
