GREEN MENU
- Crema di piselli e bacon croccante (cream of peas with crispy bacon)
- Focaccia con pomodori confit e basilico ( focaccia with confit tomatoes and basil )
- Involtini di pesce spada alla siciliana (Sicily style swordfish rolls )
- Tiramisu al tè verde ( Matcha Tiramisu )
This time I'm working out a green menu in the sense that each course has green fresh and flavored ingredients. Easy to prepare even the day before (included dough for focaccia ). So if you want to learn more about Italian recipes join the group … it'll be fun!
The classes are held in Via Cassia (parking available, bus n.201 stop Via Lucio Cassio close to the American Overseas School of Rome) for a max of 8 people. English and French spoken.
Price € 35 each but if you bring a friend it'll be € 30 each.
