The teenage years can be a difficult time for parents and their children particularly for families who are living away from their own culture.
This course is designed to help parents and carers of 11 to 18 year-olds equip their teenagers for life by looking at:
developing emotional health
helping them make good choices
setting boundaries
meeting our teenager's needs
keeping the end in mind' (Nicky and Sila Lee 2011)
The course is made up of 10 sessions starting on October 7th .
Monday mornings starting at 9.30 and finishing at 11 30.

There is a charge of 50e to cover the cost of the handbook and refreshments for the ten sessions.
